This year's convention will be hosted on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) in Little Rock’s midtown area.
Presentations & Workshops
Saturday and Sunday presentations and workshops will be located at the Donaghey Student Center on the UA Little Rock campus.
Banquet
Saturday night's banquet will be held at the Donaghey Student Center on the UA Little Rock campus.

We have not been able to secure any discounted room rates for the conference. You might be able to find better accommodations on your own but here are a few nearby hotels.

Parking
Limited visitor parking is available on campus. The parking deck has ample parking with a $1.00 exit fee payable by credit card while the parking lot to the east of it should be open and free.
Registration, Evening Meal, and the River Ridge Observatory
Friday registration will happen at the Donaghey Student Center on the UA Little Rock campus starting at 4PM. Then, at 6PM, you can meet us for a meal at 130 Hunters Green Circle in west Little Rock. This is a recent change as our original venue is not available. This is a nice clubhouse in a small community with easy access from I-430. Parking is available on the street around the clubhouse and nearby on Hunters Glen Blvd. Afterward, attendees can join us at the the River Ridge Observatory, about a 30 minute drive from west Little Rock. The address for the meal, again, is 130 Hunters Green Circle, Little Rock, AR 72211 while the address for the RRO is 45 West South Ridge Road, Bigelow, AR 72016.
